- Founded in Kamiishiwara, Chouhu-shi, Tokyo, in purpose of selling manufacturing rubber and its related products.
- 1969 October
- Reorganized to legal entity with the capital of one million yen. Changed the company name to “Chuou Shionoya.
- 1972 May
- Relocating the head office to Shimoishiwara, Choufu-shi, Tokyo.
- 1976 March
- Activation of factory in Fujimi. Increased the capital to four million yen.
- 1977 March
- Increased the capital to six million yen. Started processing of resin belt for conveyance.
- 1980 January
- Opened the product center.
- 1980 March
- Increased the capital to 10 million yen.

- Completion of the new head office in Shimoishiwara, Choufu-shi, Tokyo.
